1. If you're having trouble logging in, first make sure that:
- You only have one verified account.
- You only have one account linked to your device.
As a security measure, our app does not allow you to own multiple accounts.
2. Try to fully quit the app and reopen.
3. Find and download the latest app update.
Restoring Access
You also can try restoring your account. To do so you'll need the phone number linked to your account and a backup with password that you can access from either your iCloud or Google Drive, depending on your operating system.
A last option is to try deleting and reinstalling the app. It is important to understand that deleting the app could mean permanently losing your account if you do not have proper restoring features in place (phone number, and account backup with valid password).
Before attempting these steps, we recommend ensuring that you had previously enabled the following in your account settings:
- A backup of the account (and its password)
- Your phone number
