Earn & Rewards
What are World ID Rewards?
Notice: World ID Rewards is no longer granting new Points. As of 1 September 2026, Points are no longer granted in any country, including for Orb verification, recurring rewards, and referrals.
The Mini App stays open. Points you already hold can still be redeemed until they expire.
World ID Rewards (formerly Human Benefits) gave newly Orb-verified users Points that could be redeemed for free, limited-time access to select digital services, such as streaming, mobility, and productivity tools. The program ran in select countries. Points are no longer granted, but Points already held can still be redeemed. Terms and Conditions apply.
What are points?
Points are used within the World ID Rewards Mini App. They don't have cash value. They unlock access to select services. For example, 100 points may unlock a one-month membership, depending on the offer available.
The program ran from 7 January 2026. Eligible users received between 50 and 100 Points after verifying at an Orb. Referral points were also available in some markets until 1 September 2026.
How Points were granted
To receive verification Points, you needed to do both of the following before your market's cutoff date:
- Verify your World ID at an Orb in a participating country, and
- Open the World ID Rewards Mini App.
Points were granted when you first opened the World ID Rewards Mini App, not when you verified at an Orb. If you first opened it after Points had stopped in your country, none were issued, and they can't be added retroactively.
How to redeem Points you already hold
- Open the World ID Rewards Mini App from the Apps tab in World Money.
- Sign in with your World ID.
- Browse available benefits and select one. Review how long it lasts and any applicable terms before redeeming.
- Spend your Points to redeem your chosen benefit.
- You'll receive a code to use through an external link.
When Points expire
Points expire 6 months after the date they were issued. Different batches expire on different dates, so Points you received at different times won't all expire together. Expired Points can't be reinstated.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
I verified at an Orb before the cutoff but never received Points. Why?
Points were granted when you first opened the World ID Rewards Mini App, not when you verified. If you opened it after your market's cutoff date, no Points were issued. If you believe you opened the Mini App before the cutoff, contact support with your wallet address and verification date.
Why don’t I see Human Benefits in my account?
You may see this feature listed as World ID Rewards instead. Please check your app for that name.
Can points be used on services where I already have a subscription?
Yes, once you redeem a code, you can apply it towards your existing subscription.
Can I redeem my points more than once on the same service?
Yes, if you have sufficient available points.
Are World ID Credentials rewards still available?
No. There were no referral rewards linked to document verification using NFC-enabled government IDs for Human Benefits or World ID Rewards countries.
What are the benefits or rewards available in the World ID Rewards/Human Benefits Mini App?
Available benefits vary by country or region. To see what’s available to you, open the World ID Rewards/Human Benefits Mini App and browse the full list.
Can I get points if I get a World ID verification with my passport or national ID?
No. Points are no longer granted in any country. Points you already hold remain usable until they expire.
Can I cash out or exchange my points for tokens?
No, points can only be redeemed in the Worlds ID Rewards/Human Benefits Mini App. They can’t be withdrawn, transferred to other users, or exchanged for cash, and there’s currently no option to purchase additional points.
Can I buy points with WLD or other tokens in my World wallet?
No, points cannot be purchased.
Can I share or transfer my code to someone else?
Benefits available in the Human Benefits Mini App are intended for personal use. We encourage users to redeem their codes directly through the app to ensure they are used as intended, and to avoid any issues with eligibility, validity, or support.
Do voucher codes expire?
Voucher codes are subject to the terms set by the voucher issuer and the retailer or service provider.
I have an issue with my points. Who can I contact?
If you experience any issues with your points, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

How do I use Earn?
Earn is a feature in World Money that, where available, lets you deposit supported assets into on-chain lending protocols and track the rewards they generate over time. By depositing supported assets, such as Worldcoin (WLD), Digital Dollars (USDC), Ethereum (wETH), or Bitcoin (wBTC), you can automatically track earned rewards with no complicated setup or external apps.
Where Earn is supported
Earn is available in selected countries, and availability may vary by region. If the Earn feature does not appear in your Wallet tab, it may not be supported in your location.
To start earning:
- Open Earn. Depending on your app version, Earn is either its own tab in the bottom navigation bar, or inside the Wallet tab.
- Tap Deposit and choose a Program (e.g., Worldcoin (WLD), Digital Dollars (USDC), Ethereum (wETH), Bitcoin (wBTC)).
3. Tap Deposit, enter the amount, and Confirm.
4. Your rewards will update over time and appear in the Earn dashboard.
5. You can request to withdraw your assets at any time. See the steps below.
To withdraw from Earn:
- Open Earn.
- Tap Withdraw.
- Select the program you want to withdraw from. Only programs you hold a balance in are listed.
- Enter the amount, or tap Use Max, then tap Continue.
-
Review the summary — total value, asset value, withdraw fee and provider — then tap Continue.
- You'll see a Withdraw initiated confirmation. Your assets return to your balance of the same asset once processed.
Withdrawal timing depends on on-chain liquidity and protocol conditions, so it may not be immediate.
Understanding APY
The reward rates you see are shown as APY (Annual Percentage Yield). The Total APY is a snapshot estimate calculated using the weighted average of your current APY rates across all programs where you have a balance in Earn. It is shown for informational purposes only.
The reward rates are variable, meaning they can go up or down, are subject to change at any time, and your balance may also change in value. The rates you receive vary depending on the rates of the protocol provider Morpho, the amount of assets you hold in each program, and any promotional rates. World Money displays the current APY rate before you deposit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do the rewards come from?
World Money uses Morpho, a decentralized protocol that helps find the most competitive on-chain lending rates. Everything happens automatically in the background, using on-chain lending protocols selected by Morpho, so you can deposit and track your rewards without managing the underlying DeFi steps yourself. As with any on-chain activity, there are risks, including smart contract and market risks.
Human boosted rewards are promotional rewards for World Money users who are World ID verified. These boosts are limited to the first 1000 WLD and first 1000 USDC in the Earn program. A full list of available rewards can be viewed on the third-party website, Merkl.
Do I need another wallet?
No. Everything is accessible directly from World Money.
I can't see Earn in my app. Where are my funds?
Earn availability varies by region, and in some locations it is not shown. If you deposited into Earn before, your funds are not lost — you can still view and withdraw them through the Morpho Mini App: open the Apps tab, search for Morpho, and open it. From there you can withdraw your balance back to your World wallet.
If you still can't see your funds, contact support with your app version and a screenshot of your Earn screen.
Is Earn the same as the WLD / USDC Vault?
Earn replaces the WLD and USDC Vaults. If you held a Vault balance, you'll see an upgrade screen with two options: Upgrade to Earn, which moves your balance into an Earn program, or Transfer to spending, which moves it to your spending balance where it no longer earns rewards.
How long do deposit/withdrawal transactions take?
Deposits and withdrawals are typically processed within a short time on-chain, but actual timing can vary based on network conditions, liquidity, and transaction fees.

How do invite rewards work?
How the Invite Rewards Program worked
Before the program ended, you could share your unique invite code with friends who hadn't joined World yet. Once your friend verified their World ID using your code, you received your reward as Points, added to your World ID Rewards balance, usually shortly after they completed verification. In select countries, the invitee received a reward too. Availability varied by country.
You were eligible for an invite reward only if your friend:
- Entered your invite code before verifying their World ID
- Completed their World ID verification
- Met all eligibility requirements
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still invite others to join World?
Yes, you can use the Invites Mini App. Just note that as of September 2026, invite rewards are no longer granted.
How many friends can I invite?
You can share your invite code with as many people as you like.
Why didn't I receive my reward?
Before September 1, 2026, Rewards were granted only when your invited friend met all eligibility requirements - entering your code before their Orb verification and completing it. If they didn't qualify, a reward was not issued.

What is a Dollar Vault?
Dollar Vault has been replaced by Earn
Earn has replaced the WLD and USDC Vaults in World Money. You can no longer deposit into a Dollar Vault.
To generate rewards on your Digital Dollars, use the Digital Dollars (USDC) program in Earn. See How do I use Earn?
If you still hold a Dollar Vault balance, your funds are safe and they remain on-chain until you move them. See Moving your legacy Dollar Vault balance below.
What was Dollar Vault?
Dollar Vault was a savings option within your non-custodial World Wallet, available to World ID-verified users. It held your Digital Dollars (USDC) in a locked smart contract, separate from your Spending balance, where they could generate yield from a third-party provider.
Your USDC could sit in one of two places:
- Vault: Your USDC were locked via a decentralized smart contract until you chose to unlock them, and could generate yield from third-party providers.
- Spending: Your USDC were ready for daily transactions.
Earn now fills the role Dollar Vault used to.
How Dollar Vault generated yield
Dollar Vault yield came from the Sky Protocol, not from World Money. When you deposited into a Dollar Vault, a decentralized smart contract swapped your Digital Dollars for sDAI — a token representing the value of the Dai Savings Rate (DSR) paid to depositors in the Sky Protocol.
This is why a legacy Dollar Vault balance appears on-chain as sDAI or Savings DAI rather than as USDC.
Yield on sDAI was tied directly to the Dai Savings Rate, which is variable and set by the Sky Protocol, not by World Money. Rates could change at any time, and any yield was subject to the third-party provider's terms and conditions.
Earn generates rewards differently: it uses Morpho, and shows you the current APY before you deposit.
Moving your legacy Dollar Vault balance
If you hold a balance in a legacy Dollar Vault, you'll see an upgrade prompt with two options:
- Upgrade to Earn: moves your balance into an Earn program, where it continues to generate rewards.
-
Transfer to spending: moves it to your spending balance, where it's available to send, receive, or swap, and no longer generates rewards.
Note: In World Money, your USDC cash balance is labelled Dollars USDC. If you transfer a Dollar Vault balance to spending, that's where you'll find it.
Tap the prompt and follow the steps. Where the prompt appears depends on your app version.
Note: Transfers to your spending balance are processed immediately. Withdrawals from Earn work differently and timing depends on on-chain liquidity and protocol conditions, so they may not be immediate.
I can't find my Dollar Vault, or my balance shows as 0
Your funds are not lost. A legacy Vault balance stays on-chain as sDAI until you move it. Contact support with your app version, your operating system, and a screenshot of your Earn screen, and we'll locate it for you.

What is Worldcoin Vault?
Worldcoin Vault has been replaced by Earn
Earn has replaced the WLD and USDC Vaults in World Money. You can no longer deposit into a Vault, and Vault is no longer a destination for WLD Airdrop claims.
If you still hold a balance in a legacy Vault, your funds are safe and they remain on-chain until you move them. See Moving your legacy Vault balance below.
For everything about the feature that replaced it, see How do I use Earn?
Can I still deposit into a Vault?
No. Deposits into the WLD and USDC Vaults are closed, and Vault is no longer offered as a destination when you claim a WLD Airdrop.
To deposit assets and generate rewards, use Earn instead. Earn supports more assets than Vault did — including Worldcoin (WLD), Digital Dollars (USDC), Ethereum (wETH), and Bitcoin (wBTC). See How do I use Earn?
What about rewards I earned in my Vault?
Rewards accrued on a Vault balance are paid out when you move that balance out of the Vault. Moving your balance to Earn or to your spending balance releases them.
Reward rates in Earn work differently from the Vault program and are shown as APY before you deposit. See How do I use Earn? for how those are calculated.
Moving your legacy Vault balance
If you hold a balance in a legacy Vault, you'll see an upgrade prompt with two options:
- Upgrade to Earn: moves your balance into an Earn program, where it continues to generate rewards.
- Transfer to spending: moves it to your spending balance, where it's available to send, receive, or swap, and no longer generates rewards.
Tap the prompt and follow the steps. Where the prompt appears depends on your app version.
Note: Transfers to your spending balance are processed immediately. Withdrawals from Earn work differently — timing depends on on-chain liquidity and protocol conditions, so they may not be immediate.
I can't find my Vault or my balance shows as 0
Your funds are not lost. A legacy Vault balance stays on-chain until you move it. Contact support with your app version, your operating system, and a screenshot of your Earn screen, and we'll locate it for you.

Updates to the Airdrop Program
⚠️ Update as of June 1, 2026: WLD Airdrop cycles are no longer being created or renewed. At present, if you have an active cycle, you can continue claiming monthly WLD until it ends. Once your cycle ends, no new cycle will be created.
Overview
The Airdrop Program granted WLD tokens to unique humans who verified their World ID. At present, eligible users who enrolled before June 1, 2026 and claimed their first airdrop can continue claiming their monthly WLD portions until the end of their 12-month cycle.
Eligibility to continue claiming monthly WLD airdrops depends on the type of World ID Proof claimed before June 1, 2026:
- Proof of Human: Claimed by verifying in person at an Orb. This provides World ID’s highest level of assurance that a person is a unique human and may qualify eligible users for the highest WLD amount. Proof of Attributes: Claimed by adding a supported NFC-enabled passport or national ID. This may qualify eligible users for WLD based on the program rules.
Users who claimed both Proofs before June 1, 2026 may be eligible for a higher total WLD amount, where available and subject to the program rules.
-
How to Claim WLD Airdrops
These steps apply to users with an active airdrop cycle (enrolled before June 1, 2026).
1. Open the Worldcoin Mini App in World Money from the Apps tab in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Claim your monthly portion: WLD becomes available to claim once a month, on the same date you first verified your World ID. You have one month to claim before the next airdrop becomes available, or before your 12-month cycle ends.
3. Verify: Tap Verify to confirm your World ID and complete the claim. The token status will change to Claimed when done.

Frequently Asked Questions
About the Program
What are airdrops?
Airdrops are free token distributions projects send directly to wallets, usually to reward early users or grow their community.
Can I still enroll in the Airdrop Program?
No. New airdrop cycles are no longer being created. Users who verified on or after June 1, 2026 are not eligible for WLD airdrops. What happens after my airdrop cycle ends?
No further WLD airdrops will be received after a 12-month airdrop cycle ends.
Token Reservation
What happened to my reserved tokens?
Any tokens that were unclaimed before July 31, 2025, have expired and are no longer available.
Token Claiming
How often can I claim WLD?
Once a month over a 12-month cycle, on the day of the month you first verified your World ID. You have a full month to claim the WLD airdrop before that portion expires and the next becomes available (if the 12-month cycle has not ended).
What happens to WLD that I haven't claimed?
Each monthly WLD portion expires if not claimed within the month it becomes available.
Are the monthly WLD portions always the same amount?
No. Usually the initial portion is the largest, with subsequent monthly portions gradually decreasing over your 12-month cycle. Why am I not receiving my WLD after claiming?
If eligible, it can take up to 24 hours for WLD to appear in your wallet after claiming. Before taking further action:a. Close and reopen the app.
b. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.
c. Wait up to 24 hours for the transaction to complete.
If your claim is still processing, please double-check your receiving address on the World Chain Blockchain Explorer here: https://worldscan.org/
The blockchain record will confirm whether your WLD has been successfully received.
If you see the incoming WLD blockchain record, but World Money does not reflect the same balance, rest assured that is just a display issue. It may take a while for the transaction to appear in your World Money.
Our team may also be working on fixing a temporary issue and has paused WLD claims. You should receive your WLD once the maintenance is complete. Please check the status page for the latest updates.
