I'm having issues with transferring to centralized exchanges and withdrawing from my legacy Vault balance

If you're experiencing issues moving funds in World Money, select the scenario that best matches your situation below.

Note: Earn has replaced the WLD and USDC Vaults. If you still hold a legacy Vault balance, see Legacy Vault balances below.

  • Issues Transferring to a Centralized Exchange

    • My transaction shows as completed, but the funds have not arrived

Transactions marked as Completed in World Money and/or on the blockchain may take some time to appear in the destination wallet or address.

Please allow up to 48 hours and check again. If the funds have not arrived after this period, contact the destination wallet or centralized exchange’s support team for further assistance.

    • What should I do if I sent funds to a Centralized Exchange?

If you’ve sent funds from your World Money App to a Centralized Exchange, contact the exchange directly for assistance in recovering the transaction. Once funds are sent, only the recipient can retrieve them, depending on the exchange’s token recovery policy and supported networks.

To avoid issues in the future, always make sure that the asset and network are supported before making transfers. Sending unsupported tokens may result in permanent loss of funds.

    • Why can't I send crypto if my balance seems sufficient?

If your available balance appears lower than expected, check whether your funds are in Earn or in a legacy Vault. Funds in either need to be withdrawn before you can send them.

    • In Earn: see How do I use Earn? for withdrawal steps.
    • In a legacy Vault: see Legacy Vault balances below.

    • What happened to my Vault?

Earn has replaced the WLD and USDC Vaults. If you held a Vault balance, you'll see an upgrade screen with two options:

      • Upgrade to Earn: moves your balance into an Earn program, where it continues to generate rewards.
      • Transfer to Spending: moves it to your spending balance, where it no longer earns rewards.
    • I can't see my Vault balance since updating to World Money

Your funds are not lost. A legacy Vault balance stays on-chain until you move it. If your Vault balance shows as 0 or the Vault isn't visible, contact support with your app version, your operating system, and a screenshot of your Earn screen so we can locate it for you.

    • How do I move my legacy Vault balance?

Tap the upgrade prompt when it appears and follow the steps. Once the balance has moved, manage it from Earn. See How do I use Earn?

  • Airdrop Claimed to Vault

    • How do I access Airdrop funds if they were claimed to my Vault?

If a past WLD Airdrop was sent to your Vault, you'll need to move those funds before you can access them. See Legacy Vault balances above.
