How to get concert tickets with World ID

You can access exclusive concert tickets by verifying your World ID and requesting an access code. Here’s how the process works from start to finish.

Instructions

To be eligible for tickets, you’ll need to complete your World ID verification. If you haven’t done this yet, you’ll be prompted during the process.

  1. Go to the Music experience by visiting world.org/music or music.world.org, or by opening the Music Mini App.
Note: You may need to turn off your VPN and be located in California to access available events.
  1. Browse the available concerts and select the event you’re interested in. Open the event page.
  2. Click Request code
  3. If you’re not verified yet, you’ll be asked to complete World ID verification. Once done, the system will confirm if you’re eligible.
  4. If you’re eligible, an access code will be generated. Copy the code to use in the next step.

  5. Click Continue to proceed to the ticketing provider (for example, Tixr). You’ll be redirected to an external platform.
  6. On the ticketing site, paste your access code to unlock access to the tickets.

  7. Select your tickets (usually 1–2 per user, depending on the event) and complete the process on the ticketing platform.

Important to know

  • Each code is unique and tied to your World ID.
  • Ticket availability and providers may vary by event.
  • Ticket purchase and issuance happen outside of World.

Having issues?

If something isn’t working as expected, here’s some general guidance:

  • If you run into an issue before receiving your code (for example, during verification or when requesting a code), please contact our support team for help.
  • If you run into an issue after being redirected to the ticketing site (for example, when entering your code or selecting tickets), it may be related to the ticketing provider.
