Razer has integrated with World ID to offer benefits to verified users, including the ability to display a verified human badge & bonus Razer Silver to eligible Razer ID users. Follow the instructions below to successfully verify your Razer ID with World ID.

How to Verify Your World ID starting with Razer

If you do not have a verified World ID yet you can start from here to get your verified World ID.

1. Start from a Razer Account

You may receive an email, see an in-app prompt, or find a link on Razer’s website encouraging you to verify with World ID.

Select the link to head to a Razer landing page.

Note: You may receive a promotional email from Razer asking to get verified with World ID if you are registered in the newsletter.

2. Sign in to Your Razer Account

You must be logged into your Razer account to proceed. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to sign in first.

3. Scan the QR Code

• On desktop: A QR code will be displayed. Scan it with your phone to continue.
• On mobile: A button will appear to start the verification process.

4. Install the World App (If Needed)

If you do not already have World App on your phone, you will be directed to install it.

• On Android, you’ll be taken to the Play Store.
• On iOS, you will need to verify your phone number before installing.

5. Complete World ID Verification

Follow the on-screen steps to verify your World ID. Once verified, you will be prompted to approve linking your World ID to Razer.

6. Verify your World ID using an Orb or a Supported Government ID

Complete the verification of your unique NFC-enabled passport or national ID, or go to an Orb to prove your humanity.

7. Earn your Human Badge on Razer ID

After completing your World ID verification and sharing your verification level with Razer, your Razer ID status will now display the Verified Human badge. Eligible users can further earn bonus Razer Silver. See promotion details from Razer here.

If you do not see your Razer Silver, check that you successfully verified your Razer account with World ID.

Troubleshooting

I didn’t receive a verification prompt after installing and onboarding on the World App.

• Make sure you have the latest version of World App.
• Try refreshing the Razer account page and rescanning the QR code.
• Try restarting the app and checking for the verification prompt.
• If you skipped phone number verification on iOS when you first scanned the Razer QR code, the system will not recognize your referral from Razer.

I completed World ID verification but I don’t see my Razer ID as verified.

• Check that the World ID verification of your Razer ID worked. You need to actively share each verification level with Razer by pressing the respective button in the app. 
• Make sure that you are World ID verified with either Orb or using World ID Credentials to verify using an NFC-enabled passport or national ID.
• If you just got Word ID verified, try refreshing your Razer ID account page as it may take a few minutes to reflect the update.
• You can re-scan Razer's QR code to manually send Razer your latest verification status.
• If the issue persists, contact Razer Support at https://mysupport.razer.com/. 

The QR code isn’t working or expired.

• Make sure you have the latest version of World App.
• Try refreshing the Razer account page and rescanning the QR code.
• Make sure the QR code stays open until you tap “Approve” in the World App to share your verification level with Razer.
• If the issue persists, Contact Razer Support at https://mysupport.razer.com/. 

I successfully verified my Razer Account with my World ID but I do not see my Razer Silver.

You must continue on to verify your World ID using an Orb or using World ID Credentials to verify using an NFC-enabled passport or national ID to be eligible for Razer Silver.
