What personal user data does World collect and what does the organization do with my data?

Biometric Data

World does not collect any of this information. Your iris is processed and anonymized in the Orb at the moment of collection.

World App Data

All information collected by the World App is detailed in the Tools for Humanity (TFH) Privacy Notice. TFH is a project contributor and the controller of this data. In summary, the data collected includes the following:

- Wallet address

- Account creation metadata

- User telephone number (if provided by the user)

- Consent to data processing (yes / no)

- Opt-in to Data Donation (yes / no)

- User verified as unique (yes / no)

- The data subject request content (only when the user requires privacy support)

- App usage data

Users are not required to share any identifiers, such as their name or email, with the World Protocol. However, World App users may choose to share additional personal data, like their email address, to stay updated with announcements. This is entirely optional and never required.
