World ID Deep Face for Zoom - How to contact support

If you couldn't find the answers you were looking for and are still having trouble with a specific issue, here's how to get help.

World App In-App Support (Recommended)

The fastest way to get help is through the World App. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the World App on your mobile device
  2. Tap your Profile icon on the top left corner of the screen
  3. Select Support
  4. Tap the headset icon to proceed

Be sure to share as much detail as you can, and provide any screenshots that will help describe your issue.You can also include a debug report to help our team investigate faster.

To download and attach your debug report:

  1. Open the World ID Deep Face side panel in Zoom
  2. Tap the debug report icon in the bottom right corner
  3. Download the file
  4. In your support message, tap the paperclip icon
  5. Select Document and locate the downloaded debug report file
  6. Attach and send it along with your message

Report an issue from within Zoom

You can also report bugs or issues directly from the Deep Face app inside Zoom:

  1. Open the World ID Deep Face side panel in Zoom
  2. Tap Help
  3. Select "Report an issue"
  4. Enter a description of what went wrong
  5. Tap Submit report
