About World
Does World offer a bug bounty program?
Yes, World launched a bug bounty program in 2024 to further reinforce security at every level of the project. The program is being managed by project contributor Tools for Humanity (TFH).
Program Overview
This initiative invites experts to identify and report potential vulnerabilities across various components of the World protocol, including mobile apps, smart contracts, hardware, web applications, and APIs.
Reports can be submitted via HackerOne, which supports public disclosure of resolved reports, aligning with World's commitment to transparency.
Submissions are evaluated using the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) to determine severity. If validated, the reward will be determined based on severity.

What is World ID?
World ID is a privacy-first decentralized protocol. This means it can be used as a digital passport that can prove you are a unique and real person, without sharing personal data like names and emails.
With your World ID, you'll be able to sign in to authenticate into web, mobile, and decentralized applications, and privately share your personhood verifications for the maximum level of assurance.
If you downloaded World App and completed an Orb or Credential verification, then you have a World ID. You can find your World ID card in your World App under the World ID tab.
