To buy or sell tokens in World Money, choose one of the options below.

• Buy with Dollars USDC

  If you have Dollars USDC in your wallet, you can use them to buy tokens:

  1. On the Home tab, tap Buy.

     

  2. Select the token that you want to buy.

     

  3. Tap Dollars USDC.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to buy, then tap Continue. You can also change your payment method on the confirmation screen.
  5. Tap Confirm to process the transaction.
  6. Tap Done.

  You can also tap Buy on the Trade tab.

  

  Please note: The transaction is fully managed by the third-party provider, who may charge a fee. This fee is determined by the provider, not World Money.

• Buy with other payment methods

  You can also buy tokens with external funds, such as a bank transfer or Apple Pay (where available).

  1. On the Home tab, tap Buy.
  2. Select the token that you want to buy.
  3. Tap an available payment method.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to buy, then tap Continue.
  5. You'll be taken to a third-party ramp provider to complete your transaction securely. Create an account if necessary and follow the instructions, making sure to enter the correct card or bank details to avoid a failed purchase.
     • Keep note of which provider you used, in case you need assistance later.
  6. Once the process is complete, tap Confirm to process the transaction.
  7. Tap Done to exit.

• Buy from an asset's page

  You can also browse assets first and buy directly from the asset's page:

  1. Open the Trade tab and tap Explore, or use Search assets.

     

  2. Browse Top movers or Trending, or search for the asset by name.
  3. Tap the asset to open its page, where you can see its current price, price history, and details such as market cap and issuer.
  4. Tap Buy to start your purchase, then follow the steps above.

  Tap the star icon on an asset's page to add it to your favourites.

• Sell tokens

  To sell your tokens to Dollars USDC in World Money:

  1. On the Home tab, tap More, then select Sell.

     

     

  2. Choose the token that you want to sell.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to sell, then tap Continue.
  4. Tap Confirm to complete the transaction.
  5. Tap Done to exit.

  You can also tap Sell on the Trade tab. On an individual asset's page, Sell is under the … button.

  Please note: The transaction is fully managed by the third-party provider, who may charge a fee. This fee is determined by the provider, not World Money.

• Why might I see a network fee when buying or selling tokens?

  In some cases, World Money may not be able to cover the network fee required to process a token buy or sell. When this happens, the app may show you the amount of WLD needed to continue.

  This is known as a self-sponsored transaction, and it only appears during periods of very high network activity. When internal limits are reached, World may temporarily stop sponsoring the network fee for certain operations, including buys or sells.

  If this applies to your transaction:

  1. You'll see a message with the amount of WLD required.
  2. If you accept, the transaction will continue as usual.

  You don't need to take any action in advance — the app will notify you automatically whenever a network fee is required.
