What is the World Shop and how does it work?
World Shop is the official merchandise store inside your World Money app. You can browse and buy World merch directly from the World Shop Mini App, pay with WLD, and have your order shipped to you.
How it works
- Launch World Shop. Launch World Shop from the Mini Apps section of your World Money or World ID app. Alternatively, you can access it through this link: https://world.org/mini-app?app_id=app_e40049a2b0b344c63754a954b84308df
- Verify with World ID. You'll confirm you're a verified human before checkout.
- Choose your items and enter your delivery address. Make sure the address is complete and correct — it can't be changed by you after the order is placed.
- Review your WLD quote. Prices are quoted in WLD at checkout. Shipping is added automatically based on your delivery region.
- Confirm payment. Once payment goes through, you'll get an order confirmation with an Order ID.
- Receive your tracking number by email once your order ships.

Track your shipment at myorders.co using your Order ID and tracking number.
Common statuses and what they mean:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| In Transit | Your package is on its way. No action needed. |
| Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt | The carrier tried to deliver but couldn't. Contact your local carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup. |
| Customs Hold | Your package is being processed by customs. International orders may be delayed here. |
| Delivered | The carrier has marked your package as delivered. If you didn't receive it, contact us. |
| Returned to Sender | The package is on its way back. Contact us so we can look into it. |
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone. Costs vary by region and can't be adjusted or waived after checkout.
Need help with an order?
Email worldshop@toolsforhumanity.com from the same email address you used at checkout. We can't share order details with an unverified address.
Include:
- Your Order ID
- Your tracking number (if you have one)
- A description of the issue
- A screenshot, if relevant
Contact us if:
- Tracking shows Delivered but you didn't receive your package
- Tracking hasn't updated in 15 days or more
- Your package was returned to sender
- You need to correct your delivery address (include the full corrected address)
- Your payment went through but you never got an order confirmation (include a screenshot of the checkout confirmation)

How do I use the Deals Mini App?
What is Deals?
Deals is a Mini App created by Tools for Humanity, available in select countries.
With Deals, you can explore exclusive discounts and limited-time offers that can be redeemed directly through the app, making your experience more engaging. It also lets you take advantage of the best deals in local stores near you, giving you a faster and more intuitive way to explore offers.

How does it work?
There are two main ways to redeem an offer in the Deals Mini App:
Claim a Unique Code (Coupon Method)

Install the Deals Mini App in the Apps tab and open it.
Browse available promotions by scrolling through categories or exploring the best options nearby.
3. If you prefer, use the search bar to look for specific deals.
4. Select a deal to view full details.
5. Tap Claim coupon.
6. Verify your eligibility with World ID and tap Verify.
7. Once verified, you’ll receive a unique code or QR voucher.
8. Present this code at the participating store, event, or partner location to redeem the offer.
9. The app will confirm your redemption with a success message.
Static Verification (Scan to Claim)
Some promotions are available in person through QR codes displayed at participating locations. To claim, follow the steps:
1. Find a QR code for a promotion.
2. Open Deals Mini App and scan the QR code.
3. The app displays the deal details (location, description, requirements).
4. Tap Verify. You’ll be asked to confirm with your World ID.
5. Once verified, you’ll see a confirmation screen:
“Verified Successfully” if the deal is valid and available.
“Already verified” if you’ve already claimed that promotion.
How long do I have to claim my deals?
Once you've verified with World ID, you have 30 days from the date of your verification to claim them.
After 30 days, any unclaimed deals will no longer be available, and you'll see a screen indicating you're not eligible to view more deals. Make sure to browse and claim your available deals before your eligibility window closes.
Where can I see my active or redeemed deals?
Redeemed or active promotions will appear in the Deals section in the bottom-right corner.
You can check status, expiration dates, and your redemption history at any time.
If you click on a deal in this list, you’ll also be able to see the redemption or voucher code.
If you experience any issues while claiming or redeeming deals, or if something doesn’t look right, please reach out to our Support Team through the app to get assistance.

What is the Learn Mini App?
The Learn Mini App was created by Tools for Humanity, and it's available in select countries. It provides free education about World and other related topics, such as:
- The purpose of the World project.
- How to use World ID.
- General information about cryptocurrencies.
- And more!
What is new in Learn?
Learn now offers shorter and easier-to-complete lessons. This allows you to learn quickly, test your knowledge, and earn incentives along the way.
How does it work?
1. Install the Mini App and choose from the available courses in any order to begin your learning journey. At the bottom of each course card, you can see the amount of WLD you can claim when you complete it.
2. Go through the lessons at your own pace. Each course includes different types of content, such as:
Interactive visuals.
Videos (where available).
Short quizzes to check your knowledge.
3. Complete courses at your own pace and test your own knowledge!
Will the Learn Mini App be available in my country’s language?

How do I use and manage Mini Apps in World Money?
What are Mini Apps?
Mini Apps are small, built-in applications that let you do more without ever leaving World Money. They are part of the World ecosystem, and cover a wide range of experiences — whether you're looking to manage your money, explore new features, or play and learn, Mini Apps make it easy.
Mini Apps are built by Tools for Humanity and third-party developers to help you get the most out of World Money. You can find them on the Apps tab in the bottom navigation bar of your World Money, and more are being added all the time.
How do I use the Mini Apps app?
You can see a full list of supported apps by opening the Mini Apps app.
App recommendations are found in the Top Apps section, but you can easily explore or search for apps that interest you using the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Managing Mini Apps
To install a Mini App, simply tap on the Get button to start the installation. Newly installed apps will be added to your World Money Apps page.
To Share or Remove a Mini App, keep the app icon pressed until a small menu appears, giving you these two options. Select the desired action.
If you perform any Mini App transactions, you'll find them recorded in your wallet transaction history in the History tab.
Requesting Mini App Support
If you experience any issues with a Mini App, while you have the app open, you can tap the downward arrow next to the app name at the top of the screen.
This will open a menu with different actions, including Support and Report options. Selecting any of these options will direct you to the correct channel.
I need help with a Mini App developed by a third party

How do I check who I've invited?
To check who you've invited:
1. In the Apps tab in World Money, open the Invites Mini App
2. You should then be able to see the list of people you've invited, and those who have a Verified World ID.
Tap the Remind button to send a reminder to contacts who haven't signed up yet or still have pending verification.
