Follow the instructions below to set up or change your backup information:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top corner of your screen

2. Once the Settings page opens, tap on Personal Vault

3. Select Backup

4. Tap any of the available options to add or change a backup type

Account Backup Types

Phone Number

Follow the steps below to secure your account with your phone number:

1. Tap on Connect phone

2. Enter your phone number, including country code

3. Confirm to continue

4. An SMS code will be sent to your phone. It may take a few minutes to arrive—enter it once you receive it

5. Follow the instructions on the screen to enable the backup

Cloud Backup

1. To back up the account in Drive (Android) or iCloud (iOS), you might need to sign in with Google or iCloud first.

2. Enter in a password and confirm it to back up your account.

3. Tap the "Next" button to complete the process. 

The password allows you to decrypt the backup which will be stored on your private cloud in an encrypted manner. You can now use this password to recover your World App wallet.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to not lose or forget your password. You will need your password / backup in order to recover your account.
